Birthday Party Guidelines

One adult chaperone is required for during the party time-slot.

Maximum of 30 guests total is permitted—this includes up to 20 child participants for canvas and 25 on paper, adult chaperones, and non-participating children.

Our classroom space is limited so we ask that non-participating guests stay in the front of the gallery.  We know you will want to remember this special day and encourage the parent(s) of the birthday boy or girl to stay for photos, but if there is not really an observation area for other guests/parents.   This makes it easier for our instructor to maneuver the space and assist the children in the project.

The painting is intended to be the focus of the party so we ask to please plan accordingly and keep decorations and food preparation simple.

Piñatas are not allowed in the gallery under any circumstances.

Got Art Gallery kindly asks that presents be opened at the end of the party, if time allows, to ensure paintings are completed.
